Intelligence/Signals Analyst for the Short Duration Signals (SDS) Support and Exploitation team, providing significant information to Fleet and National consumers. Utilized applications in SunOS and Solaris based systems. Attending NCS schools and Anne Arundel Community College to acquire computer knowledge and skills to both assist in work-related use and for possible entrance into the computer/information industry.

Conducted in-depth analysis, on selected signals using the VAX 11/785 SCORE computer workstation to analyze signal data and categorize emitters. Performed as Database Manager and Senior Analyst for the SIGINT Collection Of Recognized Emitters (SCORE). Trained inexperienced SCORE operators on signal analysis training and database maintenance training. Worked mostly in VMS environment. Utilized Oracle DBMS and SQLPlus to perform duties and maintain and administer Database. Introduced to UNIX and XENIX based systems as well as improvements in utilizing DOS/Windows applications. Laisoned with Hardware Maintenance and System Administrative personnel.

Operated Narrowband Systems as a High Frequency Direction Finding Operator. Utilized PDP-11 series computers and first experience with IBM compatibles and DOS based systems.
