Todi & daughter, Denise

Todi

Born August 11, 2000 as the lead kitten of Sassy's litter. As she had a head start, she was just a little bit bigger than the Tasha. However, once both kittens started to eat solid food, they evened up in size. Hence, it became much harder to tell Todi and Tasha apart.

Over time, we have gotten better at identifying them. However, we still misidentify them about 10-25% of the time. Like twins, however, personalities are the give-away. Non-visual means such as bahavior patterns and vocalizations are a give away and we rarely misidentify the twins.

Todi is very close to her mother, Sassy and her sister, Tasha. Todi is also close to me, but it would appear that she has conceded ground to Tasha in terms of dibs on where to sleep. Todi does make a point to sleep where ever I may fold my jeans, in the laundry basket that I use, or anywhere else where my scent is. When I am at my computer, if she can not have my chair, the chair by the server will do. Todi is also close to my daughter, Denise and on her bed is the other place she likes to sleep.

On March 15, 2002, Todi gave birth to five healthy kittens. Next letter is "V" for Victor. As Victor is a "do-able" name, Victor it shall be. Lead kitten was male named Victor. We do know the first kitten was a black male, and was born at about 5PM EST. The order of the other kittens is unknown, but the last was Vivi. The other kittens in Victor Litter are Vladimire, Vedra, and Videlle.
